天，《说文》：真也，至高无上。引申为天和地，指自然界和社会。狭义可理解为本行业。
扬，《说文》：飞举也。本义：用手播撒。此处借义为飞起，升高。
君，《说文》：君，尊也。指地位高的人，在这里指人格高尚的人，暗扣专业人事。
合，《说文》：合口也。聚集之义，引申和睦，和谐，融洽。
天扬，即为天地之间，腾飞而起。
君合，即为君子治事，和谐归心。

Yang, according to Shuowen Jiezi, means to fly or lift up. Its original meaning is to sow with one's hands. Here, it is used metaphorically to mean to fly or ascend.
"Jun" in Shuowen Jiezi means "respect" or "esteem". It refers to a person of high status, and here it implies a person of noble character, subtly hinting at professional personnel.
He, according to Shuowen Jiezi,The meaning of gathering extends to harmony, amity, and smoothness.
"Tianyang" signifies soaring between heaven and earth.
"Junhe" signifies that a gentleman manages affairs with integrity, and harmony brings peace of mind.
